Boulder Shelter for the Homeless
Boulder Shelter for the Homeless (BSH) provides safe shelter, food, support services, and an avenue to self-sufficiency for homeless adults in our community.
Shepherd reaches out to BSH by serving as a collection site for a variety of personal items such as toiletries, combs, blankets, socks, etc., as well as general housekeeping supplies. In fall/winter months we focus on jackets, gloves, and other cold-weather gear.
Congregation members serve meals at the Shelter the first and third Tuesdays of each month, 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m., from October through April. Anyone wishing to assist is invited to call the church office at 303.530.4422 for more details. *This activity is currently suspended due to Shelter requirements in response to COVID-19*.
